Data Retention & Deletion Policy for Financial Data We adhere to a strict data minimization policy regarding the financial data you upload for reporting purposes. We automatically delete/remove all uploaded client financial data and generated reports from our servers 30 days after the official filing deadline for the respective financial year.

Example: If the filing deadline is May 31st, all data related to that filing will be purged from our systems by June 30th.

We retain only your basic account information (Name, Email, Billing History) to maintain your account for future renewals.
7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
